Last morning's glory

Today is a good day for laziness! I'm guessing that's not the kind of words you'd expect from a supposed-to-be-inspirational rubric. But I don't give a hell about anyone's expectations. It's time, my friends, to draw that glorious line, when we say "ENOUGH"! Shout it even! Revolutionary thoughts come to me today, given I am prone to such causes.
I happen to read this incredible book at the moment, that has talking fish for main characters. As fascinating as that is, it's not the reason I'm bringing it up. This morning I came upon this excitingly insightful thought
Sometimes searching for something is the only thing that makes it lost.
Reading through those lines was kind of a light-bulb moment for me. Don't we all search for something, not realising that the search drags that thing further away from us?!

Let us not forget my TOP lamest proverb of the day:
A good man is hard to find
This modern day pseudo-wisdom seems to be reaching new, unknown heights of the human faint-heartedness. Actually it all depends on the point of view. And as we discovered a few lines upwards, searching is a completely wrong strategy. I'd call a meeting of the desperate spinsters but they kicked me out of the fellowship.

So, dear people, stop your searches! Just enjoy what you have, if you have something that is(I pay my respects to all the hobos).
Yours truly, Edda, mayor and sole citizen of Spunkster city!
